The Latest News

It's still not too late to sign up for the "Eclipse Trip" on Monday, August 21st.
A sign up sheet can be found on the Eclipse Trip table located in the Narthex.

Our mission emphasis this month is collecting  "Spaghetti  Supper"  items for the WBHS football team as a community service project.  We are serving the WBHS football  teams dinner here at the church each Wednesday evening.  Please bring jars of spaghetti sauce, parmesan cheese, bottles of Italian, Ranch or Thousand Island
salad dressing and Pinesol and place them on the WBHS collection table in the Narthex.
Thank you!

The monthly  Food Truck Distribution will be held on Thursday, August 24th at Holly Hill Mall.  Volunteers are asked to arrive at 8:00a.m. No experience necessary, just a willingness to serve.

The Presbyterian  Women will have their first meeting  of the 2017-2018 year on Monday, September 11th at the church at 10:00 a.m. We meet on the second Monday  of each month  from September-May.  Refreshments will be served. Our study continues with "The Names of God", a Life Guide Study.  We are on lesson 5,
page 26 (from ISamuel17:1-15).
All ladies are welcome.

The Ladies Bible Study will meet on Wednesday, September 13th at 10:00 a.m. at the church.  We meet every Wednesday, unless otherwise noted.  The study for this group  is "Twelve Unlikely Heroes" by John Mac-Arthur. There are books available if needed.  We will use the first meeting  for business, fellowship  and prayer
and then go out for lunch afterwards.
All ladies are welcome.

Pictures are needed for our "Who Am I?" bulletin  inserts.  We are collecting "pictures from the past" of our church family and asking the congregation to guess who it is. If you have an interesting  picture of yourself from younger years (or, as a child) that you would be willing  to share with your church family, please bring them by the church office and watch for them to appear in the bulletin on covered-dish fellowship Sundays.
(All pictures will be returned.)
